This movie had all the makings of a decent sequel. The premise wasnt bad, It had a slew of well known actors and it was produced and directed by the master of disaster Irwin Allen himself. But trying pinpoint where this sequel went wrong is hard to do.
This movie lacks really any sense of urgency and the characters you just never really care for and Michael Caine such a great actor just seemed really out of place as a tug boat captain.
