Review of Beyond Silence (1996) by Magill F — 13 Oct 2008
An interesting movie about deaf culture. The actors were all good, particularly the fellow who played the father, and it was well-shot and well-scored, but the plot was pretty predictable overall, and there were some loose threads left hanging at the end, like, say, where the main character's new boyfriend wound up.
