Review of Beowulf & Grendel (2005) by Tolga Ç — 17 Dec 2007

I saw this last year, and I remember enjoying this take on the Beowulf story. It really makes it seem as if Grendel and his mother really might have existed long ago. It was low budget-looking but that isn't really a bad thing in my book; it really makes the film more raw and wild than any special studio lighting could.
