Annette Bening wins. I didn't see million dollar baby but her role is so fucking layered and subtle (well, in its own way... the character is a theatre actress so you know the deal).
I honestly loved it, even though I thought it was going to be just ok. She's wonderful, Ms. Bening. She acts with years and years of personal and professional experience, and it all shows through her eyes.
