Review of Being John Malkovich (1999) by Rogue G — 22 Mar 2011
Probably one of the most unique plots I have ever hear of, Being John Malkovich is one of those movies where you are both blown away by, and are thinking "What the hell did I just watch?" at the end.
In the best way possible, of course. John Cusack certainly delivers quite a different role that normal as Craig Schwartz, a puppeteer caught up in quite possibly the strangest love triangle/quadrilateral ever depicted on the big screen.
I don't think I could see this movie directed by anybody else than Jonze. It just seems so perfect in it's own strange, fantastic way.
