THAT WAS SUCH A GOOD FILM!!! the time was more of that everybody-into-drugs and people-buy-crap-because-they-think-its-art time. VERY GOOD!!! My favorite scene is when Basquiat is stoned and he sees this tire in his house.
He's just sitting across the room from the tire and just staring at it like a crazy smile. He then sees a stack of tires and his smile gets wider. He starts to paint the top tire with white paint and gets about two strokes of the paintbrush, then stands back to look at the work.
THE STACK OF TIRES TURN INTO A TREE!!!!!@@@~~~~oneoneelevn!!! lmao.
