I must confess I only got half an hour in... Italian movie in English with many actors dubbed, the sound is off... A bit of investigation shows this was a failed Italian epic that burned at the box office in Italy and has been savagely recut into a poor blood and guts imitation of the original.
A shame (or sham, or both).
