A vicious killer (Joe) who travels to Bangkok to execute four crucial tasks. During the course of their missions, the gunman falls for a deaf-mute girl. She is pretty Thai while working as an assistant in a pharmacy, forming a friendly bond with his young errand boy in Thai.
