Bambi seems like a nature film everytime you watch it, but it is very well-drawn and articulate. For those who don't know, this was the original Lion King and in some ways it works a little better.
Don't get me wrong, TLK is still on top of the mountain, but the forest ancestor is right there at the top. Probably the best of all the movies in Walt's lifetime.
