The inspiring youtube video of a Vietnam Vet taking down a common punk on the bus was basically used as a flimsy excuse for this movie to throw together a series of random action scenes. I have absolutely no problem with that.

The action itself is fairly uninspired (and at a couple of points borders on depraved), but it does the job. There is no other reason to watch this movie. Attempts at character development and a story are just an unneeded waste of time.
