Review of Avalon (2001) by Chris T — 02 Jul 2007
This is the best Polish sci-fi film directed by a Japanese man of all time. The special effects may be a little low by some standards, but they do the work that is needed. The story is great and it avoids a lot of the stupid turns that show up in plots dealing with computers and virtual reality.
I also really like the song "Avalon" that is used repeatedly in the film.
