This film was disturbing on so many levels but made such amazing use of archival material that I hung in there with it. There's a lot to unpack so see it if you want to think deep thoughts about: celebrity, authenticity, trauma, mental illness, narcissism, authorship, archives, documentation, ambition, and how badly people can mess kids up.
