It was a terrible idea.
Of course they thought they could recapture the magic of the first Arthur movie. So what if it was a different director and the magical Hobson the Butler had died in the last one? Send him back as a ghost.
It's awful, terrible, stupid, tacky. Worst of all, though:
It ain't funny.
The only reason I'm giving it a whole star is because Kathy Bates is in it.
