Review of Anything Else (2003) by David S — 07 Sep 2009
This film is extremely underrated, it's a hysterical and classic Woody Allen film, stylish and engaging. Jason Biggs is great in the lead, the character is played as very relatable and likeable. Him and Woody Allen just feed off of each other in a great pessimistic comedic duo that is downright hysterical.
The rest of the cast is convincing as well, which is surprising because it doesn't seem promising at first glance. A neo-classic Allen film with rich, interesting characters and some of the funniest dialogue I've ever heard in any film.
