Review of Antz (1998) by Dom W — 19 Feb 2011
Antz is underrated. Although critics loved it, It was not as well received by audiences as it should have been. Antz is a great film - clever screenplay, very entertaining, wildly original - good characters and a delicious musical score that puts Bugs Life to shame.
Funnily, Bugs life was more popular, which I cannot understand why. Whilst not quite in the same league as Shrek, Antz is a dam fine film - grossly overlooked.
