Review of Another Country (1984) by Jennie R — 05 Jul 2010
I am sure I was supposed to like this film but I found it boring. Colin Firth, Cary Elwes and Rupert Everett were excellent in this film. They were all very young and unknown but you could see their talents plainly in this film.
This movie lacked a connection for me. It did not make me care about the main character and his plight of being gay in a school that shuns such in inclinations. See this if you want to see a young Everett, Elwes or Firth otherwise, dont bother.
