Review of Anna (2019) by Ginak — 25 Jun 2019

Luc Besson often makes very smart films that are fun to watch and full of interesting twists (for example, Lucy and The Family), and definitely Anna is one of these. As he often does, Besson assembles a superb cast (this one includes Helen Mirren and Cillian Murphy among others) and the actors throw themselves into the action with an enjoyable abandon (sometimes it is fun to “chew the scenery” a bit).

The action sequences are very well done and Sasha Luss as Anna commands attention effortlessly as the plot twists and turns and keeps you guessing.
