Review of Amadeus (1984) by Devin L — 21 Nov 2011
Practically flawless. Despite its length, the film instantly grabs hold of the audience. This is extremely had to walk away from. Mozart's character is simply unbelievably amazing! This film-within-a-film masterpiece will go down as an all-time classic.
Probably one of the first times that a historical film does not have any liberties involved; although, historians have debated if Salieri did cause Mozart to go crazy due to his jealousy of him.
