Review of Almost Mercy (2015) by Ron T B — 11 Feb 2016
4.0 stars. I enjoyed this movie. It was a great take on the familiar revenge against bullies story line. Danielle Guldin was really good as Emily. Kane Hodder and Bill Moseley were good also, they fit their parts really good.
A good use of practical effects and plenty of gore. My only complaint with the gore was the color of the blood in some shots, specifically when is was on Emily. Cinematography was good along with some good music mixed in.
I would definitely recommend this one if you are a horror fan looking for a little something different than the typical horror movie out there these days.
