Some reviewers reckoned the dialogue in this is silly and affected. It's not, it's how people talk. People are often silly and affected, and their speech reflects this. Being silly and affected isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially when it's coming from a good place.
I don't know, it was real as a kick in the face for me. The main characters will be with me forever, I know.
