Review of All Cheerleaders Die (2013) by Sammy R — 23 Jul 2014
Some of the dumbest fun you can have with a horror movie. Lucky McKee brings over a lot of the elements which made May and The Woman great (namely crazy camera work and strong, compelling female protagonists), while his co pilot brings over a lot of the crap that tanked I Know Who Killed Me.
However - this film kept my attention the whole time with its Bring it On meets The Craft meets I spit on your grave premise. Lower your expectations, have a beer or two, and bask in this un-subtle allegory for institutionalized, high-school sports team date rape & revenge.
