Review of Alien Resurrection (1997) by Anthony V — 17 Jun 2012
Ripley: "My mommy always said there were no monsters. No real ones. But there are.".
Alien Saga has been one of the most entertaining chronicles of all ages. This is an official entry of Alien that moves far from its roots. I grew up with Alien. Although this is not as good as Aliens, it still provides us with generous entertainment that truly pleases sci-fi fans. Josh Whedon was the one who penned this continuation. Mr. Whedon knows how to provide actions and scheme. I salute him for a job well-done. The set are grand. You know that SFX ha been enhanced compare from the previous films. The performances are pretty strong especially to Ms. Weaver. However Mr. Rider didn't do fairness to preceding androids, she acted too greatly for her character that didn't give keenness to her character. Nevertheless, A pretty good entry to the Alien Saga. 4 out of 5 stars! :).
