The immortal character of 'Vijay Dinanath Chauhan' was performed perfectly by Amitabh Bachchan. The film is the best film from Dharma Productions and is one of the top rank classics of Indian cinema.
A poem about life being taken into a wrong direction of life, is the basic plot. Mithun also was brilliant in his role of 'Krishnan Iyer MA'. Watch out for Amitabh's entry, Amitabh and Mithun's acenes and the finale - brilliance at it's best.
