After: At first, this appears to be a run of the mill low budget film about a couple of people who awake from a bus crash to discover they are the only people left in their hometown, which means they are either dead or in a coma and stuck in some netherworld limbo.

And although other films (If I Stay) have done this concept better, the well done character development and acting help compensate for a somewhat boring plot, and the clever way the story comes together in the end is interesting and pleasingly sweet.
