Review of A Tale of Two Sisters (2003) by Jennifer W — 13 Apr 2008
Beautiful movie. Excellent camerawork, very believable acting. Though it's part horror, part psychological thriller, it also has some really funny parts. (Seriously!) The plot has a lot of depth to it, it's almost impossible to understand it the first time you watch it. But don't let that deter you, there are many interpretations of the film that can be read online, some that are out there, others that are very believable.
This is, by far, one of my FAVORITE of FAVORITE movies. I would highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind reading subtitles, has an open mind, and wants to see something that is, more than likely, unlike anything they've ever seen before.
