Yes, you all know it's going to be awful. It's a Lifetime movie. Or was it a spoof of a Lifetime movie on the channel? Whatever it was, it was played straight. The only clue to something more humorous is at the very end before the credits.

I believe this was just a silly thought from Will and director friend, Adam McKay on the idea of doing something like this under the radar and then seeing if Kristen Wiig would be up for it. Not great to watch, but it did keep you on edge waiting for a joke to come- which it never truly does.

The joke was on us, the viewer.
