Review of A Cinderella Story: If the Shoe Fits (2016) by Caitlin L — 26 Aug 2016

I love the fairy tale Cinderella. I love it so much that I wrote a paper about it. That being said, the movie series "A Cinderella Story" has always been my favorites. When I found out a fourth movie was coming out, I was ecstatic.

Maybe I had too high of expectations for this movie, but I was disappointed. The characters are well thought out and well played; however, the scenes were cringe worthy and I did not see the bonding between the "lovers".

Recently, the books and movies that have come out have the main characters instantly fall in love with each other, and It is just unrealistic. Maybe I am being too harsh since one of my favorite movies is "Another Cinderella Story: Dancing ever after" and the character bonding in that movie is so believable, but I will say that the more I think about it, and get through the cringe worthy scenes, the more I like "A Cinderella Story: If the Shoe Fits".
