An engaging piece of cinema that tracks the disparate and yet interwoven lives of multiple characters around the world in a Babel style. The story starts and ends (going full circle - hence the title) with the life of an East European call girl  Strong performances and direction, but a little too slow at times to keep me engaged fully.
Worthy but plodding. .
