This is disturbing! And I love that! Not knowing that you're being watched. The landlord what in the world,he Kind of reminded me of sling blade but psychotic. being an absolute critic of horror films, to me this was creepy good.

the jump scare I didn't fully expect but, you knew it was coming if you are knowledgeable about the genre. Anything I see from Gravitas Ventures I've enjoyed. I felt for Claire through this entire thing though.

Good horror/suspense film.
