This is to me what Grindhouse was last year. Incredibly over-the-top and ridiculously entertaining. If you have even a passing interest in this movie because you think "Japanese Spaghetti Western, how could that not be awesome" then you will love this.
Obviously this is not for everyone, but if you are a fan of spaghetti westerns, I would definitely suggest watching this.
