Review of Equus (1977) by Nick L — 18 Jun 2007
Some people find Richard Burton too hammy in this intense psychological drama, but I think it's his best screen performance, beating even his star turn "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" and his powerful cameo in "1984" into second and third place.
Anyway, it's better than "The Wild Geese"!
