Sometimes you come across a film that, after it finishes, you think, now that is why I enjoy watching films, why I love watching strangely hilarious films. This is one of those films.....
Duncan is not having fun in life, his job is stressing him out, his wife wants to start a family which is stressing him out, his mum has a new young east Asian husband who loves to let you know how their sex life is going and that is stressing him out too, Duncan is a really stressed out individual and to make matters worse he has severe stomach troubles which manifests itself into Milo, a violent, monster that lives in his gut and exits out his anus whenever life gets too much for Duncan and kills the people getting him down. That's right, an ass monster.
It's hilarious and I highly recommend this film.
