Review of Little Odessa (1994) by Private U — 08 Jun 2007
Maybe I'm biased on this one because this hits so close to home, but you cannot overlook the masterful directing, the powerful performances by the cast, not to mention the haunting soundtrack. It plays out like a modern Dostoyevsky novel, portraying a very real image of a Russian family falling apart.
It embodies the heart of the real Little Odessa and its origins.
