Review of The Jackal (1997) by Joe C — 25 Apr 2013
Certainly one of my favorite Bruce Willis films. Something I have always said is he plays the emotionless assassin killer so well. His character is so well developed that he was born to play a killer. Its very well casted and the story is extensive to every detail which is really something you look for in every film whether you realize it or not.
Im not a huge Richard gere fan but he played the IRA member quite well. And your hat has to go off to Sidney Pointier who did this role perfectly and was in his mid 70's at the time. If you havent seen this movie by chance, its definitely one to add to your collection.
