Awesome doc about graffiti in 1980s New York. We meet the artists responsible for the work, as well as the people in power (including Mayor Ed Koch) who opposed it. With infectious sounds of such old school hip hop artists like Grand Master Flash, this doc is an artifact of a different period when pop culture was counter-culture, and graffiti art was outlaw.
