Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV, Masters of the Universe) plays a Samurai warrior and cop who teams up with Brandon Lee (The Crow) to take on the Yukaza, who had killed his parents when he was a kid. Also has Tia Carrere (Wayne's World 1 & 2) and that dude that played Tatsu in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Cheesy? A little bit, but fun!
