Never saw the original, but this film is slick, the soundtrack creates atmosphere, acting performances are good, and cinematography is also superb.
Orbital does for this movie what Daft Punk did for Tron. Austra's song from the trailer is also used in the movie.
I loved Rocknrolla. And this movie is much darker than that, with spots of humor in the beginning. Be warned, the movie ends abruptly, but there is meaning behind it, just try and understand it.
