Review of No Man's Land (2001) by Carl C — 01 Jul 2007
Though it's been a long time since I've seen the latter, I think "No Man's Land" explores the absurdity of war with greater profundity than "Apocalypse Now". It's so succinct, often subtle, and spares no realism.
Very good balance between the Serbian, Bosnian and international persepctives, too. One of the best war films I've ever seen.
